Book Sale Saturday, May 2, 11-6PM

The Friends of the Issaquah Library are dedicated to enhancing the role of the Issaquah Library as a vital resource and an asset critical to the culture, education, and welfare of our community.
Membership is open anyone who enjoys supporting library programs and activities.
Friends volunteers lead the organization, raise funds to support library programs. Volunteers actively participate in the Book Sales and maintain the Friends Book Sale area inside the library.

Friends’ board meetings are generally held the second Thursday of the month, September through June, at 1PM at the Issaquah Library. We welcome new members or the general public to our meetings.

We pick the cream of the crop from donations that come in and and put them on sale in the library lobby. Adult books are $2.00 and children's just $1.00.

Book sales are usually held in spring and fall.

Proceeds from activities are used to sponsor library programs for children, teens and adults.
