The Friends of the Issaquah Library are dedicated to enhancing the role of the Issaquah Library as a vital resource and an asset critical to the culture, education, and welfare of our community.

Membership is open to individuals and families who enjoy supporting library programs and activities.  Friends volunteers lead the organization, raise funds to support library programs, and coordinate the Book Shelf Program at the Issaquah Food and Clothing Bank.  Volunteers actively participate in the Spring and Fall Book Sales and maintain the Friends Book Sale area inside the library.

Proceeds from activities are used to sponsor library programs for children, teens and adults.

FOIL Board Meetings

Friends’ board meetings are generally held the second Wednesday of the month, September through June, at 7PM at the Issaquah Library.  We welcome new members to our meetings.

For hours and other information, you may telephone the Issaquah Library at 425-392-5430.
